Returns & Refunds policy


All goods remain the property of Reflections Retro until payment has been received.

All orders will be charged in GBP.
Payment is via PayPal and as such Reflections Retro has no access to your credit/debit card information. Your PayPal account will be debited at the point of placing the order.

Delivery of Your Order

Reflections Retro will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery address details entered by you and the shipping option selected by you at our checkout. We aim to ship items within 2 working days with our preferred courier Royal Mail, but may use alternative shipping providers as required. On occasion the shop may be on vacation, in which case, the extended dispatch times will be clearly displayed on the home page.


Damaged Upon Receipt of Order
In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, or have a fault that has been overlooked, please retain the original packaging and let us know within 48 hours. Buyers will be offered a full or partial refund. If the item should arrive broken, buyers within the United Kingdom will be fully reimbursed including all postage costs.

International buyers will be reimbursed the original purchase price only, postage costs are at the buyers own risk.

It is not always necessary to return damaged items, but photographs are required before a refund is issued.


Lost In Transit
For delayed items Royal Mail requires 15 working days before an item is officially declared as lost. If the item has not arrived after the 15 working day time period, then a full refund will be issued.



Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so via email, phone or in writing to us. If we have not yet fulfilled your order, we will simply cancel the order internally and issue a full refund. If you wish to cancel a special order item that we have taken a deposit for, we may be unable to return that deposit and will notify you of this.


Return Policy

If you need to return an item to us, you’ll need to get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order.

All returns are subject to a physical inspection and we must have received and inspected the product before an exchange or credit can be issued.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery
